[3] leases water mill with attached water supply and dam {[3-4] and other appurtenances}
[4] in Kudynton
[6] to hold from the feast of St Martin in Winter last passed
[7] for 21 years
[9] paying 30s "of usuell money of England" yearly
[10] on the feasts of the Nativity of St John the Baptist and St Martin in Winter by equal portions. Distraint is allowed in case of non-payment.{[13]}
[16] On termination of the lease the thickness of the mlllstones is specified (upper 5 inches, lower 3 inches).
[18] Rawlyn to maintain mill and dam in good repair
