[1] Party 1 William son of Robert de Burndelegh [Brindley] has granted etc to
[2] Party 2 William son of William de Bulkelegh [Bulkeley] and his wife Margaret all of his land and tenement with pertinences
[3] in Halyhton [Haughton] which lie within these boundaries: beginning at the marl-pit of Party 2, towards le Holinehurst [Hollin Hurst],
[4] rising to the hedge called Othalesyord and following it towards Sporstowe [Spurstow] as far as the path
[5] which goes from Halyhton [Haughton] to Bonebury [Bunbury], and following the path as far as the watercourse, going down the watercourse to opposite
[6] the said marl-pit, and directly to the marl-pit. With free licence to raise a pond and mill on the said watercourse
[7] within the said boundaries.
[8] For Party 2 and their heirs to have and to hold for customary services etc.
