Title	LEASE for 21 years (Copy of) by the King through the Court of Augmentations to Richard Houghe, gentleman, of the house called the Grey Friars in the City of Chester, lately dissolved, with all lands and soil and all houses, buildings, gardens, lands and soil with appurtenances within the precincts, except the Tithes thereof, at rent of 45/8 per annum. Given at Westminster.
