Wingfield securing his retirement from the trusts of the resettlement of the real and residuary personal estate of The Right Hon. John Byrne Leicester Baron de Tabley (14th December 1898) Indenture between Dame Eleanor Leicester Leighton Warren and Charles Edward Jenkins of Cruckton Cottage, Shrewsbury, Salop, appointing him as a Trustee of the Settlement jointly with Sir Bryan B.M Leighton Bart. for the marriage between Eleanor and Sir Baldwin Leighton Bart. (29th January 1864)
