Description	Peter Leicestre of Tabley, granted to Adam Leicester, his son, an annual rent of 27s. from a messuage in Pever Inferior, held by John Harysun; an annual rent of 10s.4d. from a messuage there held by George Stubbes, an annual rent of 15s.6d. from a messuage held by William Kynsy; an annual rent of 13s.4d. from a messuage there held by Ranulph Stretcher; an annual rent of 4d. from a messuage there held by John Myllyngton of Pever due at the Nativity of St. John the Baptist and St. Martin’s in equal portions. To hold for life. Warranty. Announcement of seal. Witnessed by Peter Leicestre, his son and heir, Laurence Leicestre, John Booth, Robert Weither and many others. Signed Peter Leycestre. Seal lost.
