| Description | All his goods & chattels were to be sold, to raise money for the funeral expenses, & his debts, and if necessary land should be sold to raise money for this purpose. A third of the sum remaining was to go to his wife Ellen, and tow thirds to his son John. He appointed, as executors his wife, Ellen, and his brother in law, John Robinson of Over Tabley.
