Peter may enclose a piece of land sufficient around Arnlegheknoll and Peter in return granted to Roger a messuage and land which he had of the gift of Roberts de Burghes in Wethale and right to cut wood in the woods of Wethale and acres of waste in Aston and a piece of land which he had enclosed near the wood of Wethale and a messuage and a curtilage, which Richard Talgoff held in the same vill and his tenants of Wethale and Heeldein and woods wastes etc. of Aston.
