Title	Roger de Lecestr’ was impleaded by Henry de Wyteley in the court of Haulton, held at Aston Lowe near Buddworth before Robert de Praers then seneschal, on the grounds that he had obstructed a road between a tenement near Wheatlewalle and Whetaleloue etc.

Description	Saturday before St John the Baptist. 16 Edward II. Aston Lowe near Budworth. Wheatlewalle Whet aloue. Haulton. His defense was that a jury had acquitted him of obstructions. 6 Edward II in the time of Thomas de Hale seneschal of the court of Haulton and he was again acquitted of the charge. (Copy) Latin.
