Title	Chester and Holyhead Railway

Description	Maps, sections and book of references of the proposed railway from Chester to Holyhead. Detail plans of two routes across Chester, one from Rowton via Handbridge to Saltney and the other from Chester Station to Saltney [the route that was built]. Then the main line from Saltney, through Flintshire, Denbighshire, Caernarvonshire and Anglesey terminating at Holyhead. Many enlarged details of road and river crossings, with an alternative approach to the Menai Straits crossing [see also QDP 268/1-2 for 1846` revisions] Engineers:- George and Robert Stephenson.
