No.1 Branching southwards from the authorized Hoylake Railway in the towwnship of Poulton cum Seacombe and passing through the township of Liscard to the end of railway no. 3 at New Brighton, a length 7 furlongs 1.8 chains.
No.2 Branching in a north westerly direction from the authorized Hoylake Railway to join railway no. 1 after a length of 4 furlonngs and 2 chains, all in the township of Poulton cum Seacombe.
No.3 Running from the end of railway no.1 at New Brighton and passing through Liscard and Poulton cum Seacom to join the authorized Hoylake Railway near Seacombe Ferry on the River Mersey.
No.4 Branching from railway no.3 to join the authorized Hoylake Railway in a south westwards direction after a length of 1 furlong and 5 chains
