4. Revised line of railway to Woodside Station, Birkenhead. Township of Tranmere and extra Parochial Chapelry of Birkenhead. Tunnel beneath Chester Street, Birkenhead.
5. Diversion of a road called Rose Brea in Birkenhead.
6. Alteration of levels at Wrexham and Minera Railway, Denbighshire.
7. Additional lands at Acton, Middlesex.
8. Additional lands at Reading, Berkshire.
9. Additional lands at Kings Sutton, Northamptonshire.
10. Additional lands at Merthyr Tydvill [Merthyr Tydfil]
