11 - Robert Hewit, on Mary, Ann and Elizabeth Hiccocke, (daughters of Richard Hiccocke, barber.) Elizabeth Hanley, Thomason and Anne Ludman, Martha and Katherine Harrison, Robecca Maddock and Dorothy Hampson, drowned when their boat capsized in the Dee. - June 9th 1961

12 - Robert Hewit and John Goulborne, on Hugh Lloid, yeoman, drowned while trying to cross the ford near Brewers Hall. - July 5th 1691

24 - Robert Hewit, on John Marshall, soldier under the command of Captain John Blake, drowned while bathing near the point of the Roodee. - May 23rd 1693

25 - Robert Hewit and Randle Bathoe, on Richard Dyason, overtaken and drowned by the oncoming tide while carting coals from Flintshire across the Blacon ford. - Aug 13th 1693

26 - Robert Hewit, on Elezabeth Low, aged about 3, daughter of William Low, needlemaker, scalded by water, upset while playing in her father's house. - Oct 8th 1693

27 - The same on Mary Field, about 6 years old, daughter of William Field, soldier, smothered in a fire in her father's house. - Dec 30th 1693

28 - Randle Bathoe and Robert Hewit, on Mary Edge, hanged herself in a room in the house of Mary Drage, widow. (see 56). - March 3rd 1694

29 - Robert Hewit on Thomas Cotton, brewer, died of old age. - April 13th 1694

30 - The same on Richard King, chandler, died from natural causes at his house in Fleshmongers Lane. - May 16th 1694

31 - The same on James Barron, soldier, drowned while bathing in the Dee near a warehouse belonging to Evan Jones. - July 14th 1694

32 - Robert Hewit and Randle Bathoe, on Simon Harrison, shoemaker, and William Low, late servant to Thomas Kelsall of Mickle Trafford, drowned by the incoming tide while attempting to cross the ford between Saughall and Blacon. - July 26th 1694

33 - The same on John Kelsall, died from natural causes while in the Northgate gaol. - Dec 13th 1694

34 - Robert Hewit, on Randle Morgan, glover, killed by a fall while under the influence of drink, in his own house. - Dec 22nd 1694

35 - The same on a certain boy, late servant to a Cooke -Mr. Cooke?- of Tranmere, yeoman, drowned while attempting to ford the Dee from Flintshire, with his master. - July 8th 1695

36 - Robert Hewit and Arthur Bolland, on James Weatherby, yeoman, from natural causes, while in the Northgate gaol. - May 11th 1696

37 - The same on Joseph Phillips, Samuel Poole, and Thomas Roberts, servants to Samuel Matthews, drowned when the boat they were in overturned as they were making towards a ship at Parkgate which had just come from Ireland. - Oct 3rd 1696

38 - The same on William Welshman, son of Edward Welshman, fell from a steep rock into a water course running from Beach Pool Mill and was drowned. - Nov 20th 1696

39 - The same on Thomas Fowell, yeoman, who had a fit while working in a field, fell into a ditch and was drowned. - Dec 11th 1696

40 - The same on a female child, born to Grace Ainsworth, suffocated soon after birth in a room of a house belonging to Thomas Bennion. - Dec 31st 1696

41 - John Golborn, on John Smith ,aged 13, son of William Smith, accidentally shot in the stomach with a pistol by Matthew Oulton, aged 12, son of Richard Oulton, alderman. - Jan 7th 1697/8

42 - Ruleston Partington and John Goulborne, on Thomas Spencer, lieutenant in Captain Charles Bishopson's Company, killed with a sword by John Read, lieutenant in Major Humphrey's company, and both of the Regiment of Sir Henry Bellasqs. - March 27th 1698

43 - The same on Arthur Carr, apprentice to John Lovett, merchant of Dublin, mistakenly forded the Dee near Shotwick while riding to Parkgate to embark for Ireland and was drowned trying to return. - April 23rd 1698

44 - Ruleston Partington, on Elizabeth Pate aged about five years, died from injuries received when a cart belonging to Thomas Hall, gardiner, overturned on her as she was playing. - June 14th 1698

45 - Ruleston Partinton, on Samuel Gosly, soldier killed in a sword fight with David Baxter, soldier, in a house in Forest Street. - July 16th 1698

46 - Richard Oulton and Ruleston Partington on John Hill, servant ot Richard Lightfoot, drowned while bringing a cart with coal across the ford at Blacon. - June 4th 1699

47 - Ruleston Partington, on Samuel Elrock, apprentice to Thomas Young, brewer, drowned while bathing with other boys, near the Roodee. - July 13th 1699

48 - Ruleston Partington on Edward Davenport, drowned when he rode his horse, while under the influence of drink, into the Dee at the bottom of Sandy Lane. - Dec 3rd 1700

49 - The same on William Owen, apprentice to William Bastin, master of the vessals 'Elizabeth Ann' and 'Katherine' of London, died from head injuries received from a fall while on deck. - Dec 13th 1700

50 - William Starkey on an unknown child found dead near the Dee near Barrel Well, Boughton. - March 23rd 1701

51 - William Starky and Ruleston Partington on Ann Denson, wife of John Denson, baker, committed suicide by throwing herself into a well in the yard of her husband's house in Forest Street. - June 17th 1701

52 - The same on Anne Humphreys, servant to William Sutherland, joiner, committed suicide by throwing herself into the Dee. - June 21st 1701

53 - The same on Sarah Aldersy, widow, hanged herself from a beam in house of Daniel Hostage in Northgate Street. - June 29th 1701
