Description | AGREEMENT between John White of London esq, and Jonathan Bruen of Bruen Stapleford, esq, previous to the marriage of J. White to Margaret Bruen, spinster, d. of J. Bruen, whereby John White will make J. Bruen an annuity of £200, and after J.B's death to Mary his wife an annuity of £100, and will convey messuages, houses, lands, etc., of the annual value of £300 to the use of J.White for life and after his death to the said Margaret and after her death to their children being heirs male.
