Description	COVENANT by William Moreton of Moreton esq and his son Edward Moreton, D.D., with Thomas Cartwright of the Hall of Lee, gentleman, --- that the latter shall enjoy all the Tithes of Corn & Hay predial and personal due yearly on the lands sold to him on 6. Mar. 1648/9 so long as William and/or Edward Moreton shall have any claim or title thereto Thomas Cartwright to pay yearly for the same to the Rector Proprietor, the same proportion as William.
