DescriptionLEASE for 1 year (Attested Copy) and RELEASE to Lead the Uses of a Recovery (Attested Copy), by (1) John Cartwright, clerk, vicar of and his mother Elizabeth Cartwright, widow, to (2)' Hugh Whishaw of Chester, gentleman, and (3) Thomas Hulse senior and Thomas Yates, both of Midlewych, gentlemen, ---- 1 messuage, farm or tenement in LAWTON called the HALL of LEA and all buildings, dovehouses, gardens, etc., and fields or closes thereto belonging in LAWTON and ODD RODE called the Dove House Meadow, the Smethropes, the Horse Pasture, the Cow Pasture, the Further Banflatt, the Nearer Banflatt, the Further Mosse-Croft, the nearer Mossecroft, the Little Hompcroft, the other part of the Dove House Meadow, the Higher Meadow, the Little Brickfield the Great Brick Field, the Ellow Meadow, the Woodfield, and the Hough Knowles (in all 52 acres of customary measure), and also 1 messuage farm or tenement called the Mole in ODD RODE with all buildings, gardens, orchards, etc., and parcels of land thereto belonging called the Meadow and the Close (12 a. customary measure), and also the Mossroome in LAWTON Moss (5 a. customary measure), and also 1 other messuage farm or tenement called the Newhouse in ODD RODE with all buildings, gardens etc., and parcels of land thereto belonging called the Mosseley, the Little Mosseley, the Barn Field, the Pease Flatt, the Two Meadows, the Black Croft, the Little Broomy Croft, the Frog Pool and the Frog Pool Meadow (in all 30 a. customary meas.), and also all ways, waters, fishings, etc., and appurtenances to the said messuages appertaining in the pars. of LAWTON and ASTBURY.(i) Paper.
