| Description | LEASE for 1 year and RELEASE by William Moreton of Moreton, esq, to Randle Wilbraham of Rode Hall, esq, both in par. of Astbury, ------ His Moiety of that piece or parcel of common or waste ground called RODE HEATH bounded towards the N.E. and E. by the common High Road from Lawton to Holmes Chapel towards the N.W. and N. by the road or horse-causeway from Rode Hall to Watfied Gapp and towards the S.W. and S. with other parts of the said Common or Heath and containing 5 Cheshire Acres, and also 1 other piece or parcel of RODE HEATH bounded twoards the N. and N.W. with the common highway from Lawton over the Heath towards Rode Hall towards the E. and S.E. with the lands of Randle Turner, yeoman, and towards the S. with another part of the said Common or Heath and containing 1 Cheshire Acre, to enable the said Randle Wilbraham by digging and impounding the water on the 2 parts of the Heath to convert such parts thereof into 2 several Pieces or Pools for keeping and preserving Fish and such other purposes as W.
