DescriptionRELEASE to make a Tenant to the Precipe (Attested Copy made 3. Apr. 1787)Between (1) The Rev. William Moreton Moreton of Lewes, Sussex, clerk, (o. s. & h. of Rev. Richard Moreton late of Lewes, clerk, heretofore called Richard Taylor, deceased, who was the nephew and devisee of Sir William Moreton, knt., Recorder of London, deceased), (2) John Boulger of Chester, gentleman, and (3) Christopher Norris of Lincoln's Inn, Middx., gentleman, ----- THE MANORS or LORDSHIPS of MORETON PARVA and ODD RODE with appurtenances and the Capital Messuage with appurtenances called MORETON HALL and the Water Corn Mill with appurtenances near thereunto and also parcels of land with appurtenances called the Churchfield, the Poolhead with the Poolstead, The Long Acre, The Great or Lower Wood, The Little Millfield, The Outlett and Smith Pool, all being within the townships parishes and fields of MORETON PARVA and/or ODD RODE or near to them, and also parcels of land called the Byflatts, The Green and Wheatcroft now/sometime heretofore parcel of of MORETON PARVA, and also 1 messuage or tenement in CONGLETON, and also parcels of land in ODD RODE called the Lower Abnett Field and also 1 messuage or tenement in ODD RODE late in tenure of Ralph Mildith and now of Joseph Thornicroft, together with parcels of land called The Barncroft, the Hawsted, the Over Field, the Lower Field, the Pickers, the Cawsley, the Wheatcroft, the Lower Sincthorp or Cartwrights Field and the Higher Abnetts Field, and also all MANORS, messuages, lands and hereditaments of him the said Rev. W. M. M. within the townships, pars. or fields of MORETON PARVA and/or ODD RODE and/or CONGLETON, and also all buildings, gardens, lands, tenements, commons, watercourses, woods, Courts Leet and Baron, etc., to the said Manors, messuages, farms, lands and tenements belonging.
