Description	RESOLUTION (Certified Copy made 10. Sep. 1877) passed at a Meeting of the Goverhors of Dr. Hulme's Charity held at the Town Hall, Tunstall, accepting Mr. Wilbraham's offer, now increased to œ5000, and instructing the Clerk to apply to the Charity Commissioners for their sanction to the sale. Paper.
