DescriptionRELEASE by Randle Wilbraham, senior, of Nantwich, esq., to his second surviving son Randle Wilbraham, jun., of Lincoln's Inn, Middx., esq., ------- closes or parcels of ground called The Great Whitfield, adjoining the S.W. side of Smallwood Lane, The Lower Whitfield, The Higher Whitfield, The Stockieflatt Meadow, The Ashcroft and the Britains Croft, in all 27 acres, heretofore part of Hancock's Farm in RODE alias ODD RODE in par. of ASTBURY and now in tenure of John Hulme, gentleman together with all ways, waters, woods fishings, etc., and appurtenances thereto belonging and which were purchased by said R. W. senior, in the name of the said R.W. jun., from Eleanor Clowes, widow and/or John Clowes, watchmaker. Cons: 10/-.Seal, red, armorial. Parchment.
