DescriptionSURRENDER by Randle Turner of Odd Rode in par. of Astbury, yeoman, to Randle Wilbraham of Rode Hall in par. of Astbury, esq., ---- the residue of a term of lease for lives of himself and his wife Mary in the several fields, closes and parcels of land, buildings, houses, shops, gardens, orchards, etc. to the messuage or tenement in ODD RODE wherein the said Randle Turner now dwells belonging, EXCEPT the said messuage together with the bakehouse, pumpyard and the little garden adjoining to the said pumpyard.Cons: An annuity of œ18 for life to Randle & Mary Turner and the survivor of them, and, in case the said messuage, bakehouse, pumpyard and garden shall be also surrendered at some future time, a further annuity of 40/-.Seals, red, No. 1 a dove with olive branch, No. 2 armorial.
