Field names and acreages in statute acres; some names of neighbouring landowners. Scale 1 inch: 4 chains (1:3168). Compass; cartouche decorated in Chinoiserie style. The map is part of a larger survey: the text in the cartouche reads 'This and the Map faceing contains the whole of the Estate of John Crewe Esq in the Parish of Sandbach'; the numbering of the fields runs from 147 to 363.
Surveyor's name not recorded, but Samuel Wyatt. 'No. XI' in top left hand corner.
