DescriptionIncludes a letter of 30 March 1835 in which Curzon states that 'They are making a strong conservative club in this country which is to do no end of things but I am afraid it is rather late...I suppose we shall have a scrimmage before the year is out, there's my opinion but what do you think, as for me I shall a pair of boxing gloves [sic] and join your yeomanry as a volunteer if it comes to the worst!' (Curzon was an MP).
