Description | Conveyance from the Dean and Chapter of Chester with the approval of the Ecclesiastical Commissioners for England to George Hodgkinson of Chester, gentleman, of a piece of land forming part of the Bishop's Quarry and the site of a building formerly used as a warehouse on the same, being situated on the E. side of Northgate Street and formerly in the occupation of Mr. Robert Dutton Grindley, and also the site of a kitchen formerly in the occupation of Mr. W.... Wildig, but then of the said George Hodgkinson; also a piece of land with buildings lying between these lands and Northgate Street and a strip of land adjoining this with the wall erected on the same, together with free right of way over part of a new road twelve feet wide leading from Northgate Street to the Quarry, and the right to make up to three openings in a wall forming part of the N. boundary, together with sewage rights etc. described.
