To hold to the said James Lowe to secure repayment of £1,000 borrowed by James William Sowerby of 5 Fish Street Hill, London, merchant; for the purchase of the same, reference being made to a mortgage on 23 Nov. 1813 from Samuel Ecking Mellor to James William Sowerby of this property, which mortgage had since been disputed, with details re collection of rents from the same.
