Also reciting that whereas the said mortgage of £1,000 on the one third had not been repaid to the said James Lowe, and that the said Henry Lowe had agreed to lend the said Peter Sowerby £1,100, on 2/3 of property in Northgate 2. 5 March 1845 Release from Charles Sweeting of Southampton Buildings, Chancery Lane, Middlesex, gentleman., and William Goddard Jackson of Wisbeach, Isle of Ely, co.
