Middlesex, gentleman., reciting 35-6 relating to 1/3 share in property in Northgate Street mortgaged to James Lowe, and reciting that James William Sowerby having power of appointment under the will of his wife Sarah Sowerby, deceased, of another 1/3 share of the said property, by his will dated 7 May 1728 bequeathed both 1/3 to the said James Lowe and Peter Sowerby, subject to raise £1,000 for the use of Sarah Eliza Sowerby, and other uses recited. Also reciting that whereas the said mortgage of £1,000 on the one third had not been repaid to the said James Lowe, and that the said Henry Lowe had agreed to lend the said Peter Sowerby £1,100, on 2/3 of property in Northgate

Cambridge, esq., executors of the will of the said Henry Lowe to Edmund Byrne of 22 Southampton Buildings, gentleman., of the said property, in trust for the said Peter Sowerby.
