Denson, on the S. by premises belonging to the representatives of the late Charles Brown and occupied by Liptons Ltd., and on the W. by property belonging to Chester Corporation, together with the 3 shops, houses, etc. numbered 5, 7 and 9 Northgate Row, recently erected on the same by the said John Douglas in the occupation of E. Aston and Company, Fleming Reid and Company and Messrs. Denson.
