Conveyance from Hugh Lupus, Duke of Westminster, K.G., to Chester Corporation of land known as the Dingle on the west side of and near to the Grosvenor Road, under the powers of the Open Spaces Acts 1877 to 1890 for the enjoyment of the public, with provisions against the erection of any buildings other than for the purpose of maintenance.
