Mortgage from Thomas Nevett Hill, of Liverpool, co. Lancaster gentleman, and Elizabeth, his wife, niece of Catherine Gregson, late of Liverpool, aforesaid widow, deceased, and a devisee named in her last will and testament, to John Bromfield, cheesefactor, of property as in ZC443C/10-11, to secure repayment of £200.
Also agreement to levy a fine between the said Thomas Nevett Hill and Elizabeth Hill, to the said John Bromfield, to be levied in the Portmote Court at Chester.
