Description	Scope and Content Lease and release, the release being an assignment of mortgage and further charge from John Bromfield, by the direction of Thomas Nevett Hill, late of Liverpool, co. Lancaster, now of Wallasey, co. Chester, gentleman., and Elizabeth, his wife, to Thomas Balmer, wharfinger, reciting Elizabeth Hill's rights of inheritance, of property as in ZC443C/10-11 to secure repayment of £400. Signed: John Bromfield, Thomas Nevett Hill and Elizabeth Hill. Witnesses: T. Finchett Maddock, solicitor and Williams Edwards, his clerk. Also agreement to levy fine between the said Thomas Nevett Hill and Elizabeth his wife unto Thomas Balmer
