Lancaster, widow, dated 11 Jan. 1823 devising real and personal estate to her niece, Elizabeth Hill, wife of Thomas Nevett Hill of Liverpool, H.M. excise officer, and sole executrix for her sole use and disposal separate from that of her present or any future husband.
