Description	Scope and Content Abstract of title covering years 1823-1841 of property as in ZC443C/10-11, stating that the said Joseph Fitzgerald, party to 21-22, made a will dated 19 Nov. 1835 which predated his purchase of the said property and the said property therefore passed into the possession of his next heir, his only surviving sister, Mrs. Jane Jones
