Birch, clerk to Messrs. Helps and Parker, solicitors, Chester Endorsed: 26 Oct. 1866. Reconveyance of the above property Witness: George H. Brooks, Doctor's Commons, London, solicitor Enclosed, letter from Helps, Parker and Birch returning deeds and reconveyance endorsed on the mortgage deed Annexed: Probate copy of will dated 18 Sept. 1867 of the said Elizabeth Edwards, devising real and personal estate to Edward Milner of Cardington, co. Salop, farmer, her brother and Herbert Shuker of Shrewsbury, hop and seed merchant in trust for her children, Walter Milner Edwards and Edith Mary Edwards: any residue to be held by the said trustees, Edward Milner and Herbert Shuker, who were also appointed guardians, for the said children until after their minority
