London, house furnisher, to Frank Turner, solicitor, of property as in ZC443C/10-11. The said Frank Turner to hold in trust, for Tom Vincent Knowles, No. 77 formerly No. 67 Watergate Street Row South with the cellar below, No. 75 also formerly No. 67 Watergate Street Row South adjoining the above premises, No. 3 Weaver Street off Watergate Street and No. 37 Nicholas Street; for Helen Adkins, No. 67 Watergate Street Row South, together with the adjoining No. 69 Watergate Street Row South together with the bonded vaults and premises underneath, No. 59 and right of way in the passage to these premises from Weaver Street; and for Lucy Evelyn Thomason, Nos. 71 and 73 formerly No. 65 Watergate Street Row South, No. 61 Watergate Street and right of way in the passage to these premises from Weaver Street.
Enclosed, certificate from the Commissioners of Inland Revenue that Estate Duty on Nos. 59 and 57 Watergate Street Row had been paid on the death of Thomas Knowles, senior, Dated 16 Dec. 1926
