Lease and release, the release being an assignment of mortgage from Samuel Turner of Whitchurch, co. Salop, housebuilder and Richard Richardson, merchant and goldsmith, assignees to a commission of bankruptcy against Thomas Bennion, merchant and shipbuilder, and the said Thomas Bennion to Elizabeth Hurleston, spinster, of property as in ZC443C/5., the said release being also an assignment from George Legh of Nether Knutsford, co. Chester, esq., by the direction and appointment of the said Samuel Turner, Richard Richardson and Thomas Bennion to the Hon. John Needham of Iver, co. Bucks, esq., trustee for the said Elizabeth Hurleston of the same property.
