Nos. 67 and 69 purchased from George Henry Dutton, undertaker and Florence Sarah Amelia Dutton, his wife, in 1938.
These properties, originally forming one messuage, were erected between 1720 and 1749 on the site of an older property. They were subdivided for letting in the early nineteenth century but remained one property for legal purposes until 1922. In this year the properties were separated by a deed of partition arranged by the three co-inheritors of the previous owner |
