DescriptionDraft minute concerning a complaint that William Mosse, baker, had built an oven in Northgate Street in a cellar now or late belonging to Mr. Edw: Morgell, which oven might prove very dangerous to the houses adjoining in respect of fire. It was ordered that William Mosse and all other persons who had made ovens in cellars were to remove the same before Michaelmas next, and in future fines of forty shillings were to be enforced.
