Description	Petition of William Brandrett, stating that he had served an apprenticeship in the City for seven years to William Harvie, innholder, and having shown his indenture and his master's testimony to the Mayor and his brethren in the Inner Pentice, he asks to be admitted to the freedom. Note of voting: the petition was refused.
