Description | Petition of Randle Minshull, mace-bearer, stating that Edward Taylor and John Wright, drovers, who had cattle and goods attached for refusing to pay toll, had commenced suits against him and have sued out two several Capias against him returnable before the Justices of Chester on the first day of the next Session, and asking that it be made a City cause and defended at the City's charge.
