DescriptionGRANT in Fee by Hugh Munkot, chaplain, to Margaret daughter of Thomas son of Kenewrye de Cholmndeley, of all messuages, lands and tenements with buildings, woods, pasturage, turbary and all other appurtenances which he lately had by the feoffment of the said Margaret in CHOLMNDELEY [Cholmondeley], for her life, and after her death to Stephan son of Hugh Dod and his issue, and, failing such issue to David his brother and his issue, and, failing such issue, to Matilda their sister and her issue, and failing such issue to the said Margaret's brother William de Cholmndeley and his issue, and failing such issue to Hugh son of Richard de Cholmndeley lord of Cholmndeley [Cholmondeley] and his issue, and failing such issue to the right heirs of the said Margaret. Witnesses: Philip de Egerton, Peter de Bulkyley, John de Golborn de Woday. Given at Cholmndeley [Cholmondeley] on Saturday next after the feast of St. Nicholas, Bishop, A. D.
