Description	DEGREE (Official Copy) by the Exchequer Court at Westminster, Henry Griffith, esq., plaintiff, against Thomas Wright, senior, Thomas Wright, Jun. , and Thomas Starkey, defendants, in regard to a messuage and tenement in CHOLMONDELEY mortgaged to Dame Diana Warburton.
