Description	BOND in ú160 by John Duncalfe of Cholmondeley to Hugh, Earl of Cholmondeley, etc., to pay to Susannah Karnes for life a rent charge of ú10 p.a. on the premises conveyed to him that day by leases and in consideration of the exchanging of the name of Susannah Karnes for that of his wife Amy Duncalf. Seal: Red, a device and letters. Paper.
