Witnesses: Richard de Fougleshurst then Sheriff of Cheshire, David de Eggerton, Hugh de Bykerton, William de Malpas, Patrick de Larketon, William de Bulkylegh, Richard de Cawarcham. Given at Chelmndelegh [Cholmondeley] on Thursday next after the feast of the Ascession A.D. M.CCC. vicesimo quinto. Seal: missing. Indented chirograph. Parchment.
