Description	DECLARATION OF TRUST by George Blount of Westminster, Middx., esq., to George James Earl Cholmondeley, that the lease of Buck Tenement with its lands is in trust only for the said Earl, and he constitutes George Ashton of Cholmondeley his Attorney to receive seizin in Trust for the said Earl.Signed 'George Blount'.
