Stephens of a messuage or tenement in CHOLMONDELEY called the Warren Hill, heretofore in tenure of John Painter, with its lands called the Warren Hill, the Further Hill, Joynsons Field, Bartlams Field, the Meadow, Greston Heath, Little Grestons Heath, Great Hampfield, Little Hampfield, the Barn, Field, the Woollery Croft, Broad Field, Eatons Croft, the Fishpond Field, the Edgerow Croft and two Days Math in Town Moor, and also The Wind Mill in CHOLMONDELEY with its lands called the Windmill Field, the House Croft, the Rabbit Bank, the Barnfield, the Clover Croft and parcels of land in Town Moor, and also another messuage with appurtenances in CHOLMONDELEY, and all other the lands and hereditaments in CHOLMONDELEY late also in tenure of said J. Painter, from 13. Feb. last past for and during the life of John Tomlinson the surviving life in the Lease of the above premises by the Earl Cholmondeley, at rents p.a. to Thomas Tomlinson of £20, to Thomas and Mary Hopkins of £20, and to Elizabeth Seacome of £20.
