Description	LEASE by Richard lord of Chelmndelegh [Cholmondeley] to his brother Kenrick his wife and his boys, of a certain meadow formerly held by Kenrick from him next to Borowemer' with appurtenances in the vill of CHELMNDELEGH [Cholmondeley], for 12 years at rent of 2/- in silver p.a. Witnesses: Robert de Ridelegh, Robert de Bulkylegh, Richard of the same, Hugh de Bykerton, William de Ridelegh. Given at Chelmndelegh [Cholmondeley] on Sunday next after the feast of St. Agatha virgin, A.D. M.CCC. quartogecimo secundo. Seal: green, a bird sitting on a dog facing the tail, with a superscription. Indented chirograph. Parchment.
