DescriptionQUITCLAIM by William son of Richard de Cholmndelegh in respect of all messuages, lands, tenements and one wind-mill with the appurtenances which William's brother John formerly held in Cholmondeley and also of one messuage and all lands and tenements formerly held by John de Sonde there and also of all rents formerly held of the said Hugh and of all common of turbary, fishery, etc., in the same vill. Witnesses: William de Praers, John de Wetenhale, Robert de Bulkyl de Alstanton, William de Spurstow, William de Hampton. Given at Cholmndelegh [Cholmondeley] on Saturday in the Vigil of St. Matthew (Mathi) the Apostle, A.D. millesimo CCC. quadragesimo octavo. Seal and tag, cut out. Parchment.
