DescriptionQUITCLAIM, Margery who was the wife of William de Spurston to Sir Richard Brayne, chaplain, of all her right and claim in all those lands and tenements with buildings and other appurtenances in the vill of CHOLMUNDELEGH [Cholmondeley] which the said Sir Richard, chaplain, and she had of the gift and feoffment of Hugh son of Richard de Cholmundelegh [Cholmondeley]. Witnesses: Thomas de Dutton then Sheriff of Cheshire, Philip de Egyrton, William de Spurstow, Robert de Bulkylegh de Oteworthe, Thomas son of Kenrick de Cholmundelegh. Given at Chelmundelegh [Cholmondeley] in the feast of the Apostles Symon and Jude, A.D. millesimo Tricentesimo quinquagesimo quarto. Seal: white, armorial with inscription. Parchment.
