Witnesses: Thomas de Dutton then Sheriff of Cheshire, Philip de Egerton, William de Spurstou, Thomas son of Kenrick de Chelmundelegh, Roger de Chelmundelegh. Given at Chelmundelegh [Cholmondeley] on Saturday in the feast of St. Ambrose in the year of grace mille trecent cynckaunt cynk. Seal: missing. Indented chirograph. Parchment.
