| Description | GRANT in fee by Hugh the chaplain son of Richard de Malopassu to Richard Pecok de Malo passu and Matilda his wife, of all the lands and tenements which he has by gift of the said Richard Pecck in the township of MALOPASSU [Malpas], to the said Richard and Matilda for life, remainder to Kenric their son and his heirs and assigns.
