Description	DEED OF EXCHANGE between Hugh Earl of Cholmondeley and John Egerton of Oulton esq., Rev. Philip Egerton of Asbury D.D. his brother, and Philip Egerton, son and heir of the said Rev. Philip, whereby the said Earl grants the chancel called Brereton chancel in MALPAS Church, in exchange for part of the chancel called Cholmondeley Chancel, previously claimed by the said John, Philip and Philip. Seals: Red, 3; 1, a lion rampant between 3 pheons; 2 & 3 armorial of Egerton. Parchment.
